These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tiqeet ("we", "us", "our"), an event management platform. By creating an account or using Tiqeet, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
If you create or manage events on Tiqeet, you're responsible for the accuracy of your event listings, for delivering what you promise to attendees, and for complying with all laws applicable to your event (including tax, safety, and consumer protection laws).
Paid tickets are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe). Tiqeet charges a platform fee on paid transactions, disclosed at checkout. Refunds for tickets are the organizer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
When you register for an event, the information you provide is shared with the organizer of that event so they can manage your registration and check-in.
Vendor listings are self-reported by the businesses that create them. Tiqeet does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any vendor's services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Tiqeet and delete your account at any time.
Tiqeet is provided "as is." We are not liable for disputes between organizers, attendees, and vendors, or for losses arising from events hosted on the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tiqeet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
